A refined coffee growing in the Honduran highlands, in the regions of Comayagua and Marcala, La Paz, at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 meters.
It is harvested between December and April, and then mechanically washed. The beans are selected by hand and classified according to the grading system.
Blue to green in color.
The variety Moak uses is denominated SHG (Strictly High Grown).
