One of the finest coffees produced in Brazil. 100% Arabica, growing in the highlands of the regions of Alta Mogiana and Cerrado, at altitudes of around 1,000 to 1,200 metres.
Description
The unique climate of those areas, with harvest taking place between May and September and the sun-dried process ensure a premium quality coffee.
Refined coffee boasting full body and medium acidity.
In the cup, notes of malt and fine cocoa, including a light aftertaste of vanilla.
