Marcello Vitellone and Francesco Neri join the Italian and International Area Management

16.12 Caffè Moak entrusts new managing responsibilities for the Italian and International market to two Area Managers. The company – which started a reorganisation process in 2016 – just hired Marcello Vitellone and Francesco Neri, two well-known names in the sector, being both members of SCAE Italia.

Marcello Vitellone, world champion of the Bacardi Martini Gran Prix 2000, has been SCAE Italia trainer since 2005, and board member – since the national branch was founded – starting as communication manager and now covering the role of national manager of SCAE Italia members. Working in team with Giuseppe Monciino, new Caffè Moak Sales Director for Italy, Vitellone will manage the business area covering central and southern Italy, besides cooperating with Marco Poidomani, our Ast trainer (Authorized Scae trainer) on expanding the Moak People Training school project.

On the other hand, Moak chose Francesco Neri, new Export Area Manager of Caffè Moak, to increase the international turnover and strengthen the brand in new markets. Neri used to be Junior Key Account Manager Italy and Training manager in the horeca sector, besides covering his role as member of SCAE Italia. He will work together with Marco Caudini, new Export Sales Director and Managing Director of Caffè Moak’s new branch in Germany, in team with Manuela Nicolosi, Export Area Manager.

“We chose Marcello Vitellone and Francesco Neri – explains Alessandro Spadola, CEO of the Holding – to hold the important position of Sales Area Managers, as we believe they will be able to offer an added value to our development plan in Italy and abroad, besides their professional experience in the coffee business: act also as professionals and experts in terms of quality and training. According to Moak, these values need to be supported and spread, and cannot be left out when considering business development projects of a company. Our aim is to strengthen the sales net and acquiring new sales volumes. We believe that relying on new professional figures can be an additional appeal for the developing projects of our brand”.
