Letterario e Corto 2011

15.09 On Saturday, September 10th, the award ceremony of the “Caffè Letterario Moak” competition and the “CortoMoak” film prize were held in the headquarters of Moak.
The evening was hosted by the theatre and film actress Iaia Forte, who led the event in an original way – not at all for granted - with lightness and elegance.
During the celebration, the authors Chiaraluce Fiorito and Alessandro Skanderbeg magnificently managed to pay homage to the great Alda Merini, by reciting some of her poems and aphorisms. Such tribute was highly desired by the organization, in order to celebrate the poet’s 80th birthday anniversary.
There was also an emotional moment during the event during the presentation of the “Quadrato della Palma” (Square of the Palm) award in memory of Franco Antonio Belgiorno, who had been president of the jury of “Caffè Letterario Moak”. The prize, assigned to the youngest and most promising participant of the competition, has been given to Marta Riccobono.
