During 2011, Moak will be partner of AIAP, the Italian Design Association for Visual Communication. Since 1945, this Association assembles Italian graphic designers belonging to the different associative groups (honorary members, seniors, professionals, associates, juniors and students).
Moak has always had a great carefulness for graphics; its own brand has been designed by an extraordinary master, Bob Noorda. Therefore the decision of this partnership: the belief that possible synergies between business and association may help both realties to spread the common cultural values offering innumerable opportunities of growth.
Moak will take part at the most important initiatives of AIAP’s 2011 programmes, beginning with the double show “On the road”. Bob Noorda, the travel graphic artist” in co-operation with the Italian Touring Club, which takes place in two exposition bases (TCI and AIAP) between March and April 2011. Whereas the last show will be “Design Per (For). International design week”, which will take place in Cagliari on the last week of September and will deal with the topic of “Plots and Tissues”.
During the whole year, Moak will be involved by AIAP in several competition-like initiatives, that can be referred to design and personalization of Moak’s design fundamentals, to postcards, to covers of the book “Stories about Coffee” or to other initiatives that help to put together the business world and the world visual communication.
Finally, Moak will be pleased to offer a cup of coffee to all guests visiting the historical AIAP base in Milan, in via Ponchielli. A coffee corner will be set in the AIAP Gallery, where everyone who want s to try our blends is welcome.
