The moment where all our efforts and passion for coffee materialize is obviously the preparation in the cup.
For more than a decade, Moak has been concentrating on training barmen who serve our coffee, so that no specificity of our blends gets lost.
With the aim to perfect such dedication, a training room with 12 workspaces has been set up in the new premises, where barmen are trained on the procedures and the essential care, in order to ensure a coffee preparation that brings out the features of our blends.
This specific training together with the refresher courses we offer to our partners give us the opportunity to keep a continuous control and supervising of our products on the market, so to satisfy the expectations of our final clients.
